WHAT IS A PMA?

A PMA is a Preventative Maintenance Agreement. It is a contract that ensures maintenance is kept up to date on your unit. Also, program members receive exclusive discounts like 10% off replacement units, 20% off parts and labor, and priority service calls. We have a wide array of PMA options so we can be sure one will fit your needs. Our highly skilled technicians will help you decide which plan is right for you based off of the following criteria:

  • Number of units in your home
  • Number of maintenance calls at your home per year (Annual or semi annual)
  • Number of years you would like to be covered (1, 2, 3, 5, 7 or 10)

You also receive a complimentary A/C tune up. During your check up, the technician will inspect your unit and calculate the overall operating efficiency. They will inspect the capacitors, motor, and air flow to name a few, and conduct a condenser coil cleaning. They will provide a detailed report, telling you exactly what shape your unit is in. PEACE OF MIND PROGRAM

When temperatures climb above 110 degrees, countless A/C systems go down valley-wide. As hard as we try, it is sometimes impossible to get into everybody’s homes to help with A/C repairs in one day. But you are family. And Ace ALWAYS takes care of family. That is why if we cannot get to your broken down A/C unit before the end of the day and temperatures are dangerously high, Ace will pay for you and your family to stay at a hotel for up to 5 nights. This program is exclusive to customers with Preventative Maintenance Agreements. See below for details:

  • Receive up to 1 night of hotel accommodations if your unit is non-working for a standard service
  • Receive up to 2 nights of hotel accommodations if your unit is non-working for a major component or special order item replacement
